Our Promise

Every piece we sell is genuine, described honestly, and photographed exactly as it ships — what you see is what you get. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging.
• Contact us at khushal@eastoasis.uk before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return and give you a shipping address.

Because most items in our catalogue are one-of-a-kind antiques, we can't guarantee an identical replacement once a piece is returned — instead, you'll be offered a full refund or store credit toward another piece, whichever you prefer.

How to Start a Return

1. Email khushal@eastoasis.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely — ideally in its original packaging — and ship it back with tracking.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

If you're returning an item because you simply changed your mind, return shipping is paid by the buyer. If the item arrived damaged, was not as described, or we made an error with your order, we'll cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a damaged/not-as-described item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different piece is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order once your return is accepted. If you'd prefer store credit instead of a refund, just let us know.

Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described

If your item arrives damaged, or doesn't match its listing description or photographs, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll offer a full refund, replacement (where possible), or store credit — and we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and any item marked "final sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, or any time before the order ships, whichever comes first. Email khushal@eastoasis.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
